Napoli Napoli Napoli is a book by Brett Lloyd published by Mörel Books: it’s a love story lasted 12 years between the author and its inhabitants, the sea and all the raw beauty Napoli possesses.

The main goal of the lettering I designed was to convey a certain melancholia, a certain nostalgic look. The letters expresses themselves without constrains, they jump and they shine of an inner light, they are drawn with an adolescent rampage. I’ve never been to Napoli, so I closed my eyes and tried to imagine the sounds and the fragrances: I hope this piece could bring the people who look at the cover into the same journey I had.
