Prodotti
Ogni prodotto è progettato da me, questo comporta dedicare tempo e risorse alla loro riuscita. Gli oggetti tessili sono realizzati e confezionati interamente a mano (sempre da me!), per questo hanno un prezzo più alto. Nessuno di essi è prodotto in serie e non ne esistono due esemplari uguali.
I poster invece sono stampati presso piccole realtà in Italia e all’estero, utilizzando tecniche specifiche come la stampa fine art o la risografia.
Metodo di pagamento
Tutti i pagamenti saranno gestiti tramite PayPal e Stripe. Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in euro. Non è necessario avere un account PayPal per poter acquistare.
Transazioni
Ritengo che i vostri dati siano importanti: mi impegno a non diffondere o vendere i vostri dati a terze parti.
Imposte
Come da normativa vigente, viene applicata l’IVA al 22% per gli acquisti effettuati in Italia. Non viene applicata l’IVA per acquisti fatti fuori dai confini nazionali.
Spedizioni
Tutti gli ordini vengono spediti in 1-3 giorni lavorativi da quando l’ordine viene ricevuto: ogni plico parte dal mio studio di Jesi (AN), salvo casi eccezionali. Ogni ordine viene spedito utilizzando corriere SDA (PosteItaliane) e al momento della spedizione verrà fornito un numero di tracking con il quale sarà possibile seguire la consegna.
Al momento la spedizione è attiva in Italia e in Europa. Non è possibile al momento effettuare spedizioni internazionali.
Politica di reso
I prodotti aperti, utilizzati, customizzati o in sconto non possono essere restituiti.
I prodotti non utilizzati e non aperti possono essere restituiti entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento, la spedizione è a carico vostro; il rimborso verrà erogato decurtato delle spese di spedizione.
Una volta ricevuti indietro i prodotti, il rimborso verrà erogato attraverso il metodo di pagamento utilizzato al momento dell’ordine.
In nessun caso mi ritengo responsabile per gli eventuali danni causati ai prodotti durante la fase di spedizione.
Products
Each product is designed by me, which require a great amount of time and energy. The textile objects are designed and crafted by hand (always by me!), that’s why they have a higher price. None of them is made in series, therefore they are unique pieces.
Posters are printed in small shops run in Italy or Europe, using specific tecniques such as fine art print and risography.
Payment method
All payments will be handled through PayPal and Stripe. All prices are expressed in Euros. You don’t need a PayPal account to place your order.
Transactions
I believe that the privacy of your data is important: I will not disclose or sell your data to third parties.
Taxes
22% VAT is applied to all orders placed in Italy as established by the regulations in force.
VAT is not applied to orders placed outside Italian national borders.
Shipping
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed from our studio in Jesi (AN), Italy, except in very exceptional cases. Every order will be shipped using Poste Italiane express courier service (SDA). All orders will be tracked.
At the moment shipping is available in Italy and Europe, unfortunately I can’t ship internationally.
Return policy
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, excluding original shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. I am in no way accountable for any damage the shipping will experience.
